Very bad quality

If only i can return it. The quality is so poor that i dont know where to begin, it doesnt sit right on my shoulder, and the fabric is cheap and crumpled. It simply does not look anything like the picture. And because there is no returns allowed i went on carousell and tried to sell it, only to realise theres so many of this dress being sold on carousell as many others dont want it.

I just want to make a disclaimer that other items came fairly well design and really nice. I love tinsel rack in general but this dress was such a huge let down. This dress alone has changed my mind about supporting tinsel rack going forward in the near future

Snatches your waist and is comfortable, good material too, bought during warehouse sale for $15
